All items are made to order. We can only offer returns or refunds if your order arrives damaged or if we send an incorrect item (wrong design, size, or color).
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and include clear photos of the item so we can review the case.
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.
EU customers are covered under a 14-day return policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Accidental orders or changes (size/color) must be requested within 3 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or edited.

The Comfort Colors fabric is amazing. Just remember to check sizing carefully since custom orders don’t allow size exchanges.
