Here’s how to measure a T-shirt:

Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
Chest: Lay the T-shirt flat, measure from one armpit seam to the other, then multiply the measurement by 2.
Shoulder: Measure from one shoulder seam to the other.
Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.
