SHIPPING
We work hard to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2–3 days. However, processing may take up to 7 days during sales, holidays, or other busy periods.
US orders are shipped from the US, EU orders from Germany or the Czech Republic, UK orders from the UK, and Australian orders from Australia. We use tracked shipping services to help your order arrive quickly and without unnecessary customs procedures or additional fees.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification containing your tracking number and a link that allows you to follow the parcel on its way to your door. In most countries, the same tracking number can also be used on your local postal service’s website.
Orders returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, unknown, or missing delivery address can be reshipped after the applicable reshipping fee has been paid.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:

* You received a different size from the size ordered
* The product arrived damaged
* The print is incorrect or different from the purchased design
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit or delivered to a different address by the shipping carrier, we will quickly send a replacement at no additional charge.
PRINT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We use modern DTG printing technology for our products. Our water-based inks are organic, non-hazardous, toxin-free, vegan-friendly, and contain no animal by-products. They are safe for infants and babies.
To keep your printed item looking its best:
* Machine wash cold and inside out
* Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors
* Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
* Do not use fabric softener
* Tumble dry on low or hang dry for the longest-lasting result
* Cool iron inside out when necessary
* Do not iron directly over the printed design
* Do not dry clean
